I don't own any proper Jell-o molds so these look a little boring, but with a proper mold, these could really be SPOOK-tacular!

BOO-berry Jigglers
Ingredients
1 cup bluberries (fresh or frozen)
1 can (14 oz) Coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
a pinch of salt
2 tsp agaragar powder (2 tbsp flakes)
Directions
Place all ingredients, except agar powder into a pot and bring to a boil. Let boil for two full minutes and then add the agar. Boil an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly as it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and pour into molds (I used mini muffin tins) immediately. Place in the fridge to set, at least thirty minutes.

ahhh these are so fun-looking!! I think the molds worked out just fin for these jigglers :0)
Thanks Joni! We always do something similar in singapore, only our cheap version of doing it is to put colouring in the jelly without the coconut milk, and to put the fruit chunks in the jelly mould first.
I don't know what the texture of these yumyums are like, but they sure look awesome!
It's just that blueberries don't come easy in Singapore, cause they're all imported when they're in season...from the US.
These look amazing! My kids have been asking for jello and I didn't want to make it. I will have to try this. Thank you for sharing.
They look really great! Plus, the word jigglers alsways makes me happy!
Whoa, awesome! I need to make these!
