Spiced Applesauce (I poured it over soy ice cream while it was still warm!):
Sloppy Joanna's:
Mustard Crusted Seitan:
Goddess Pasta Salad:
Tofu Scramble:
Chana Masala:

I hope I did them all justice. Now, go buy the book and do them justice for yourself!

My copy arrived yesterday! I've made the mustard seitan so far. I want to try the Sloppy Joannas, Chana Masala, & Taco Salad soon!
This book rocks; I've been cooking like mad from it. The mustard crusted seitan is just excellent. Try the Mojito Pie and Aloha Bread next!
I made the mustard seitan too, yummy stuff. Your photos are inspiring me to make more.... I've got the green-wa bookmarked!
looks like some great recipes in that cookbook!! you certainly did them justice!!
Woooo! I made Mojito Pie and loved it! Your picture of the "Nacho Cheese" makes me want to lick the computer screen! Yum!
These look so good I will need to order this book for myself.
I just hope mine turns out as well as yours.
Your pictures are very convincing! I will check out this book at my library then see if I have enough money to purchase it. That goddess pasta salad looks delicious!
