I really don't know why this happened. They all sank. REALLY SANK!
Thank goodness for LOTS of cream cheese frosting!

don't feel bad...i saw the picture of your cupcakes & they really look just like mine!!! i tried to lessen the wet ingredients, bought an oven thermometer & still they sank even harder than the 1st batch! i've had much success with the other recipes in vctotw :)
