I, along with my awesome partner in crime, Celine Steen of Have Cake Will Travel, am proud to announce that we are in the process of testing for, and writing "500 Vegan Recipes" to be released by Fairwinds Press, publisher of The Joy of Vegan Baking as well as many other cook books, to be a part of their "500" series!

My jaw dropped when I saw how many recipes you guys are doing, and the time line in which to do it. That should keep things busy and interesting for you for a little while ;-)

I've just caught up on your posts over the past couple of months and I'm so excited for you and your new books! Cannot wait to pick up the burger book. My husband would love it if we had burgers with baked fries a few times a week. This will definitely help me out.
