HUGE GARLIC!

My mom and stepdad have a HUGE organic garden at their house (I am so jealous) and they brought me a bunch of veggies including this amazing head of Elephant Garlic.

    Oh my goodness! I'm not even sure what I'd do with it. How many regular cloves do you think it equals?
