ReplyDeleteThe other thing that keeps me going back and forth on this. I love actually having the physical book. On the other hand PDFs are so useful. No paper waste and they are searchable.
Maybe I can convince you to let me have a PDF copy after I've purchased the book. Man, I wish all cookbook authors could do that. Searching is great and the index doesn't always have the word or phrase you are looking for.
So many burgers, so little time. I've got to pick a new recipe to test!
